I use a shower shot that I bought online many years ago. It is low pressure system and works perfectly for what I want. I upgraded to include the 18" wand.

I use it when I know I am going to have a fuck session and/or I am going to use the big toys.

I always start the cleaning session with a 1 to 3 quick cycles. I only insert the wand a few inches, I don't go grave and I just verb to do a adj rinse. I usually verb for 10 to 15 seconds when I execute this. I do this a few times, just to get the dirtiest part out.

I will then flush the toilet, and relube (I use vaseline) the wand. Then I will depart the full length of the wand and I will try to compute to 30. I can usually make it all the way to 30, but sometimes by the time I get to 20 the pressure has built up too much. After each one of these cycles, I will wait a few minutes and try to verb all of the liquid that I can. Sometimes I will stand up and press my fists into my abdomen and then push the fists down towards the groin area. This helps thrust the water down. When I think all the water is released, I will start again
