Finally, Michael Kors marries Lance LePere!

American fashion designer Michael Kors has married longtime gay partner, Lance LePere. The couple has been dating for almost 20 years.

The couple, who took advantage of the new gay marriage law, received their marriage licence Aug 3 and were married in Southampton Tuesday.

"To marry someone as wonderful and special to me as Lance barefoot on a glorious beach is more than I could have dreamed of," quoted Kors as saying.

American fashion designer Michael Kors(b. ), a Long Island native, studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan and began designing clothes at the age of At age 22 he launched his womenswear line at luxury department stores and in was named the first ever women's ready-to-wear designer and creative director for the French fashion dwelling Celine.
