How to enter codes for GTA IV?
The first thing you need to know is how to enter cheat codes for GTA IV and its expansions. The process is simple:
  • PC - Open the in-game phone by pressing the Up Arrow twice. Then, type the code as a phone number and press Enter to activate it.
  • Gamepad - Flatten Up twice on the D-pad to access the phone, then input the code using the gamepad buttons.

IMPORTANT!!!
Using cheat codes disables achievements in GTA IV, TBOGT, and TLAD. If you use a cheat, you need to restart the game without cheats to unlock achievements.

    GTA 4 cheats authorize you instantly spawn vehicles like the Annihilator Strike Chopper, restore Niko's health, gain superpowers, and alter your wanted level.

    We've tested each of these cheat codes ourselves, on all the platforms that you can play GTA 4 on: Xbox , Xbox One, PS3 and PC.

    Before using the cheat codes, just construct sure you save your game, as cheats will disable Achievements and Trophies. Then, bring out your phone with UP on the d-pad or keyboard. Next, open the dial pad by pressing UP once more and penetrate the full code. Dial it by pressing Access.
